Biography
Born in Orlando, FL, on July 31, 1962, Wesley Snipes grew up in the Bronx. He developed an early interest in acting and attended Manhattan's High School for the Performing Arts. His mother moved him back to Florida before he could graduate, but after finishing up high school in Florida, Snipes attended the State University of New York-Purchase and began pursuing an acting career. It was while performing in a competition that he was discovered by an agent, and a short time later he made his film debut in the Goldie Hawn vehicle Wildcats. One of his first really good movies was Major League, but he was not in the sequel or the prequel. Years later he went on to do Blade I and II and those are two of my favorite movies.

As an apocalyptic event takes place that could shift the control of the planet Earth from the hands of humanity to the claws of vampires, the Daywalker, Blade (Snipes) is the only person who can turn the tide of the crisis against the undead blood suckers and prevent the world from becoming a "Planet of the Vampires". To make things a lot harder for Blade, the vampire leadership launches a public relations "smear campaign" against Blade, letting the world of humans know that he exists, so that the police start hunting him down, thinking he is some sort of horrible monster...

A member (Snipes) of a New York motorcycle club called the Ruff Riders is accused of murdering the leader of another gang (and a member of the Biker Council) while at a biking rally at Myrtle Beach, SC, out on the road, and has just a few days to prove his innocence or face the wrath of gangs all over the country on the long and dangerous road back home up the Atlantic coast.
