He continued to be involved with the theatre throughout his adolescence, and he went on to attend the city's Hunter College, where his studies in creative writing led him to begin writing screenplays. Next Movie(s)
The Chronicles of Riddick Starring: Vin Diesel Release Date: June 11th, 2004 This is the sequel to Pitch Black, which just fallow Vin Diesel's character, Riddick. This is the first planned of three sequels, but whether the other two get made depends upon how well this one does. I don't know what the movie is about except it will further fallow the adventures of Riddick and I bet it will be sweet because Pitch Black was.
XXX2 (Triple X Squared) Starring: Vin Diesel, Samuel L Jackson Release Date: Summer 2005 The exact details of this sequel aren't yet known, except that it will surely follow the further adventures of renegade extreme sports enthusiast Xander Cage (Diesel) who was coerced by NSA Agent Gibbons (Jackson) into becoming a super field agent. Two possibilities for the story (two separate scripts are being developed right now, are that it might either feature Xander involved in Washington, D.C. intrigue and action (including rumors of something like him surfing down the capitol building's dome, etc.) or that Xander might be going to the South China Sea to infiltrate the deadly Maraca Strait Pirates, notorious for their 21st century versions of pirate raids and pillaging. Whichever of those premises which isn't used for this movie is likely to be used for the inevitable XXX3 (maybe it will be called Triple X Cubed).
Dreadnaught Starring: Vin Diesel Release Date: TBA 2004 When a commercial airliner is accidentally shot down in a military exercise by the Dreadnaught, the most advanced Navy warship ever created, the captain (Diesel) decides to mutiny after he's ordered by his superiors to kill the sole survivor. Soon, the Dreadnaught finds itself locked in a high-tech, high seas game of cat-and-mouse with the rest of the U.S. Navy... The premise is being changed a little bit because of the September 11th tragedy
